Disliked: The free breakfast was bad tasting coffee and some dessert cookies from Costco. The internet was not reliable. There was a constant tourist police presence. Youre far away from a lot of things.

Liked: I like the room space but I rather have something bigger but it’s ok, instead of that the location compensates the room. Although the room is cozy and comfortable.

Disliked: the internet connection was terrible. If the internet connection was good I would have given a 5-star rating given the price with the breakfast included.

Liked: Location was good, walking distance to everything you need and wanna see. It is quite safe area.Everything was very clean and tidy!Lady at the breakfast was super nice. Other staff as well (guy at the reception doesn’t smile much as you can see in some of other comments, but super nice guy)
Disliked: Breakfast that was included in price was literally a piece of bread and tea. So you need to upgrade it every time for ~60 pesos to get eggs.A/C was very loud and from time to time it smelled very bad.Rooms are much smaller than in photos, so if you are higher than 180cm, you might find the bed a bit short.

Poor wifi and sound proofing...

Liked: It's a beautifully designed place and in a great location. Breakfast in the morning was great, good food, good servers.
Disliked: There was zero sound insulation and you could hear everyone on all sides. Someone dropped their keys above me and it was so loud it sounded like it was in my room. Stayed over a Saturday and I heard 2 TVs playing super loud obnoxious shows until past 2am and lots of banging doors and hallway conversation. The wifi was incredibly poor the whole time. Simply not acceptable for a hotel in a major city in 2025. Was not able to do any work or Zoom calls in my room. Streaming shows worked though.
