Disliked: I paid online when I booked and still took 25 minutes to check me into my room and they over charged me on the security deposit. Never coming back here again

Passable

Liked: The Hotel is located strategically to do a 20-minute-walk from Parliament Hill and Rideau Center. There are stores and supermarkets nearby.
Disliked: The air condictioning was nor working properly, so we felt suphocated at times. The swimming-pool was closed and it did not offer breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast did not serve in this hotel as staff mentioned kitchen under renovation.
Disliked: No breakfastparking spot not free

Liked: I actually like the view from my window. I can see the fireworks for Canada Day. That was very awesome
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the parking have no shade the outside parking I mean
