Liked: Ms Muller and Ms Nguyen were helpful, friendly and professional THE HOTEL LOCATION AND SERVICES were excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable

Disliked: Easter Sunday the doors to the hotel were closed and there was no staff. We only got in when someone else came out of the door in the parking lot.
