Liked: Location. The digital entry to the main door and your room works great. Many people had trouble understanding it though.
Disliked: They took our large towels after the first night. After the second they also took one small. We needed to ask in reception for new towels.They also took my Heineken bottle with my name as a custom label and the box it came in. This is so strange. They mentioned reimbursement of the cost (7.5€) but I don't think that will happen.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and...

Liked: Hotel is in a good location, very clean room and comfortable bed. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The day I checked out I forgot my AirPods in my room and the staff found me at the tram station and gave it back to me. I was pleasantly surprised and reaaally thankful 🙏 (check out was at may 1)
Disliked: Everything was good but as the suggestion can say, that it would be nice if they had a bigger mirror in the room. Otherwise it’s a great value of money and I would stay there again for sure.

Liked: Het Nice hotel we stayed for almost 3days and no one changed the bed sheets or cleaning in general and we had to ask for towels

Disliked: The carpet could do with an extra hoovering.

Disliked: There was a terrible smell, no response or help from staff - no staff onsite. None of the power plugs worked, and everything was slightly dirty. Feels expensive for what you get (not much)
