Liked: The location and the style of the property was very nice. The staff was very professional and helpful.
Disliked: The room Interieur wasn’t of high quality, which one would expect in this price category.

Liked: Love coming here. This time I felt it was soulless team wise except the lovely head bar manager. A lot of senior looking people around but no one greeting or asking is all ok.
Disliked: WiFi was terrible in our room. Food not up to the standard of last year. Salmon very poor for price. I do love it here and breakfast is fab also. Just needs to be happier - someone with a presence checking guests

Liked: 1. nice new hotel with great vibes, it has all the facilities needed2. great location, moments away from the all the restaurants and stores, however itself is in a quiet area.3. everyone is so friendly4. I love the heated pool next to the sea
Disliked: The in room wifi was aweful. We are 4 staying in 2 rooms, all of us experienced constant disconnection, like every few minutes. The wifi in the lobby was excellent.

Liked: Everything was very professional and family like too ! For us (my wife and me) one of the best stays ever !The food on the restaurant was (is) totally delicious !!!

Had a lovely time, would...

Liked: Staff were nice, we chose to go for a more expensive room with a bath. It was a lovely room.
Disliked: I don’t like not having the freedom to go back and forth to my car and leaving the keys with the hotel. It is standard for many hotels but I’m not keen on valet services.

Great but the extras cost...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great access direct to the beach
Disliked: The staff are friendly but the restaurant service was a little slow and the restaurant is great but priced so high that it wasn't good enough to bring me back to eat there the next night.
