Liked: The service at breakfast.
Disliked: Let me start by saying this is our go to hotel in Montreal. We have stayed there dozens of time.From our arrival, we could not drop our car off at the valet, too many cars waiting and in a major construction zone. We had to go around and around. We could not get into our room until after 5 and we had a function to go to at 5h45. We had to rush and change with no time to relax. They said that they upraded the room, but we ended up in a room right across from a night club, that blared the music til the wee hours.For $700 a night I expect much better.We have several trips scheduled this summer and I am not sure where we are going to stay.

Liked: The location is wonderful right near Notre Dame and Place d Armes. The room was quaint, the beds were soooooo comfortable we almost didńt get up. The dining was delicious. The bar was very stylish. Had the best massage EVER!

Liked: Aesthetic, complimentary water bottles in room, beautiful in-room gift chocolates, location.

Liked: The location is ideal, the staff were all — and I mean to the last person we dealt with — all professional and Uber friendly. It was low-key elegant and comfortable.
Disliked: We had zero complaints.

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect for being in Old Montreal, very walkable. The staff are exceptional- they are there to answer questions and solve any issues you may have. I also had a chance to visit the spa, which was very nice. Room service was prompt and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: There was some construction going on next door.

Liked: The location is wonderful and we had stayed there last October. They have 2 great restaurants in the facility and overall the hotel is immaculate!
