Liked: The location is very convenient and close to bus, metro, supermarkets and restaurants.
Disliked: The elevator is quite scary and air conditioning being switched off daily and we have to ask staff to turn it back on which is annoying.

Liked: The location was great! It took us about 3 minutes to get to the metro station. The room was small, but clean and cosy.

Liked: The fairly central location, close to the metro stop, and the mattress, which was reasonably comfortable, are the only positive aspects of the stay.
Disliked: We arrived at 3:00 PM (the indicated check-in time) and the room wasn’t ready. After waiting for about 15–20 minutes, they gave us the keys and we were able to go up to the room. Unfortunately, we immediately noticed that aside from changing the towels (which were yellowed and worn out), the room hadn’t been cleaned. There were hairs in the shower, yellow stains on the toilet seat, and more hair and other residues inside the toilet bowl. Not to mention the amount of limescale on the bathroom fixtures. The bed sheets were covered in black specks and more hair.We went down to the reception to report the issue. After apologizing, they offered us breakfast for the following morning and assured us that the room would be cleaned while we were out.We left and returned to the hotel around midnight, only to find the room in exactly the same condition. After complaining again, we were told that if we didn’t like it, we could just leave. Of course, we documented everything with photos. Unfortunately, given the late hour, how tired we were, and the fact that it was pouring rain outside, we were forced to stay in a room that was truly in disgusting condition, especially the bathroom.The only thing we could do at that point was to make it clear that we were very unhappy and that we would leave a review with photos of the dirt we found in the room.The next morning we had the breakfast (offered by the property), which was extremely basic with very few fresh items and an overall cheap feel, and then we left. At the same time, we received a notification that our reservation had been cancelled, according to the property, due to a problem with Booking. Naturally, since our reservation had been cancelled, we were no longer able to leave a review of the stay.The only reason I’m able to write this review now is thanks to the support I received from the platform as soon as I contacted them. Lastly the rooms are very cramped and the bathroom is really tiny (see last 2 photos).

Liked: The location was close to louvre museum, lots of good restaurants to choose from and very helpful and friendly staff! We highly recommend this hotel.

Overall: A decent stay if...

Liked: Pros:The location is definitely a plus — super convenient, just a short walk from both the bus stop and metro station. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which made dining out really easy. The staff were friendly and quite helpful throughout my stay.
Disliked: Cons:Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides. The elevator was extremely small and old — barely fit one person with a suitcase. The room itself was also quite tiny and cramped, just enough to get by. Soundproofing was poor; I could clearly hear cleaning staff in the hallway and even sounds from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom/toilet area was a big letdown: old, not very clean, with yellowing tiles and stained walls in the shower. The bed was comfortable enough, which was a relief. However, the air conditioning didn’t allow temperature control — only a fan setting was available, so the room still felt warm.
