Amazing staff. Both in reception and bar/restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming. Always smiling and there for you.

Liked: Breakfast good but expensive in comparison with surrounding cafes. Location excellent - really nice area with lots of interesting eateries, museum & park. Hotel staff a team of really friendly & helpful young people. Room clean & stylish.
Disliked: Information about how to use the coffee machine would have been helpful as would info on the pictogram by the door. I couldn't signal that I didn't want to be disturbed. I also had a tv but no remte control & the staff couldn't find one. Also the subdued mood lighting made it difficult to see after dark!

Liked: Really lovely staff especially the cleaning staff all so friendly. Needs some looking at re lights working , just some general maintenance in particular toilet seat broken . This is a gorgeous property not much needs to make it excellent
