Liked: The young lady at the front desk did everything she could to fix the problems and was very professional
Disliked: It started with the air in room the fan wouldn't turn on so cold air coming out but not cooling the room. Then it took 2 days for the refrigerator to get cold with it turned all the way to coldest. Then the hallways were very dirty. The house keeping never cleaned our room had to keep going to front desk for towels. Then when the young lady tried to tell the guy he needed to clean our room as well as others he wanted to argue with her. Mind you this happened at the front desk in front of me about my room. His attitude was like he didn't care i was standing there. So the highlighted lines the rooms they clean his paper had 1 highlighted room on it. The other guys paper was full. So to management what did you pay this guy to do all day? We stay here like once a year and this was first time it was ever this bad. I do want to give props to the young lady at front she was very helpful and kind for my whole stay. I feel like she never went home. She was there day and night.

Liked: good location, seem to be remodeling, big room
Disliked: Bed had a terrible deep depression in it, not super clean, no breakfast just coffee and orange juice

Probably will not stay here...

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful!No bugs!!!!!
Disliked: Air conditioner kept shutting off then room would get very hot - took a long time to cool back offBeds were older and very worn - not comfortableAt least 7 cats in back lot - outside our windowOutside air unit had no guards or protections - plants growing into it Older hotel for sure
