Fantastic and relaxing.

Liked: A super nice, friendly hotel in the city center. Perfect for a couple. Breakfast was fantastic and staff very tentative.
Disliked: The only bad thong would be that parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel.

Great building and food, but...

Liked: Overall, it's a fantasic hotel building ... great character, good breakfast, roof bar was excellent, fantastic location.
Disliked: Our hallway had a strong air freshner, which caused me an allergic reaction, which ruined most days. The room had no USB ports, and the room lighting was awful. The curtains didn't cover the window properly, meaning I awoke at 6 am each day

Liked: Really cool decor and good breakfast
Disliked: The hotel smelled very fishy, the thermostat wouldn’t go below 24 degrees (hot) and the wifi didn’t work!

Cosy stay in central gothenburg...

Liked: The hotel is very central and overall has a nice design and aesthetic. The breakfast was tasty although not particularly french (given the hotel prides itself on being of french taste). The bed was comfy enough and it was easy to check in and out. The bathroom was clean. Overall a good stay and would recommend others to stay as it was a very good price.
Disliked: The carpets are dirty looking. The room is small and we struggled with 2 suitcases. The hotel uses time slots for breakfast and although we arrived at our given time - we were told there was no space! We were advised we could carry our plates in the lift down 4 floors but decided to wait instead. Eventually a table came free but it all felt a bit awkward. Not much space for towels to hang in the bathroom. The air vent in the bedroom is loud. There is building work opposite but this wasn’t noisy at all. It may reflect how we got the room so cheap. It says it is a 5 star hotel on booking.com but this can’t be correct. It doesn’t meet the requirements.

Disliked: Tired decor, in need of refresh. It was dirty in places with worn carpets and curtains. Shower leaked. Hot rooms with No air conditioning although clearly on website.
