Very nice hotel, staff and...

Liked: Great hotel. Clean and well equipped with everything. Staff was excellent. Loved the location. 2 metro stations close, but can also walk to city center and canal area. Breakfast was generous and lots of choices.
Disliked: Safe was broken, but was able to use one at reception.

Very disappointed for what we...

Liked: The breakfast room and breakfast were fine. The building and room were very quiet.
Disliked: It is odd that there are very few plug sockets by the bed and NONE above the desk in the room. The sockets are of different sizes. For such a hotel this is very poor planning. To get to the socket by the desk one had to climb underneath. Sockets by the bed where?As for your restaurant. My wife and I could cook a better salmon and steak dinner as we have done many times. We had to send the steak back. Appalling - was there a chef and if so was he qualified ???Very disappointed and to us there was no real VALUE FOR MONEY.

A fab boutique hotel in...

Liked: A fab boutique hotel in a great location! Ideal to get anywhere as 2 tube stops very close and one being right out the door taking you directly to Linate airport!
Disliked: Nothing!

Great

Liked: The breakfast was great. The location is perfect, the center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Very helpful staff. Can you suggest where to have dinner, where to go, how the city car tax works
Disliked: The room could have been more spacious. The room has a specific smell.
