Liked: Staff was great, very helpful, always smiling. Very welcoming atmosphere. Great location. Decent breakfast, eg lactose free cappuccino. The hotel even offered bathroom slippers. Unexpected bonus:)
Disliked: Room size a bit small but manageable.

Liked: The location and staff are very helpful, especially Luciano.. The room was clean every day.
Disliked: The only thing is no iron and ironing board that we can use during our stay.

Liked: Good selection for breakfast, 24:7 receptionist available,
Disliked: Walls are paper thin and you can hear what your neighbouring rooms are saying/doing.
