Liked: Very very poor room one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for the price
Disliked: Apart from the location you would be better off sleeping on the street

Disliked: The room had a very strong and unbearable smell of smoke (even if it is strictly forbidden). I complained to the desk officer because I have a breathing problem. I asked him to change the room but he said it was impossible because the hotel was full booked. I asked him to call the director of the hotel but he said to me he couldn’t do that because “he was sleeping”. I asked to get a partial refound but he just have me a shield to fill. Not recommended at all. I STILL WANT MY REFOUND!!! Breakfast very basic

Liked: Hotel is close to the town centre. Easy walk to the railway, tram and metro.
Disliked: I could hear the people in the next room.

Exceptional

Liked: Very pleasant staff, clean rooms and has the charm of an older building.
Disliked: Only one extra outlet in the room to charge devices. Id recommend putting in a power strip that allows people to charge at least two at a time.

Comfy but noisy.

Liked: The location was perfect, close to work and nearby the city centre.
Disliked: The room was very noisy, I could hear nextdoors guests speaking and the street noise entered the room despite the double pane windows. There was noise from within the hotel: lift, engines, AC, etc.
