Pleasant, quiet, relaxing with helpful...

Liked: Just a stone's throw away from the train station with solid connections to other main areas in Northern Jutland. Very quite and relaxing place with extremely pleasant and very helpful staff. It's a family affair, no hotel chain, so it's cozy and easy-going plus they know the area very well. Rooms are spacious for this price range.
Disliked: Hot on the upper floor but hey it isn't often above 30°C in North Jutland!

Good place to stay when...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: One of the two EV chargers was out of service, but plenty of offers around the corner.The room could use a good update.

Passable

Liked: Ok location .
Disliked: No air conditioning. The breakfast was limited choice. Hard boiled eggs was the only ‘warm’food !

Superb

Liked: Near the train station, good size room. Very friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Could not find gluten free options at breakfast, and no one to ask either. The shower was a tad too small.

Not a great stay!

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: 1. The elevator did not go to each floor.2. The elevator did not work the morning we checked out so we had to haul our bags downstairs. They had the entire lobby closed off, so we couldn’t leave through the main door where our car was parked outside. Then we had haul our luggage until we actually found an exit! We are in our late 70’s and luckily other guests helped us with our luggage otherwise we couldn’t have gotten them down by ourselves!3. The bathrooms were very small and the lighting in one was very dim and not working in the other one.4. The vinyl floor was very uneven5. We paid for breakfast which was supposed to start at 6:30am, but were informed that it wouldn’t start until 8:00am. We had to catch a ferry so we had to leave before 8:00am.- no refund for breakfast was offered.

Liked: Due to low demand it was an automatic check-in. Functioned well.
Disliked: Nothing. All was well.
