As honest as possible.

Liked: We liked how easy it was to check in and how some of the staff was bilingual.Having the restaurant right there to eat breakfast was fantastic! A good variety of affordable options on the menu.Beds were comfortable with nice firm mattresses.It was comfortable to sleep and rest up over night.
Disliked: How run down it looked overall.Rooms were super clean, however hotel looked stale and old. Lounge space had pleather sofas that were all cracked and torn. Feels like either management doesn't care much about freshness or replacing things (not even covering up sofas with slip covers) or hotel is tight on cash.I let front staff know that they were out of hand soap in the main lobby bathroom...and the response was that they don't have soap for that bathroom.

Liked: We had a balcony with our room.More of a traditional style hotel but with latest key free / WhatsApp key locks .
Disliked: The location is in an industrial area so can be noisy at night.

Liked: We chose this hotel as we had a car and were worried about parking in the city. So the free street parking was appreciated.The woman on reception who greeted us was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We chose the location for the free parking and not far from a public transport link into the centre. However, it was actually quite far from town (door to door probably about an hour), which is just something to be aware of.
