Disliked: Where to begin:- the neighbor is awful, and not that near from JFK (35$ in taxi)- we were in the basement rooms where a purple light is everywhere- the room was not cleaned, with a sticky floor and traces of all kinds. - the cover of the bed was not clean and happily a person of the hotel gave us an extra sheet- the wifi was not working - there was no hot water in the shower - the lavabo tap was not well fixed- neighbors in the other rooms were noisy and screaming

Cheap, but don't expect anything...

Liked: It was cheap. It had brand new soap to use in the bathroom. The water was clean. The sink was decently clean. There were new towels for showering and whatever other needs a guest has.
Disliked: The bed sheets had stains. The comforter looked 5 years old. The pillows had stains(even the covers). The night lamp and the main light did not work. There was dust in a lot of the place. The toilet was dirty and unclean. The air vent blew bad and harmful air which has made me and left me sick for over a week since the stay(FYI I only stayed one night). The security guard looked drunk and out of it. The reception should generally be on the main floor but it was downstairs. The elevator is extremely ineffective and slow, takes ages to come to ground level. There are stains on the walls, and the only thing that looks clean, perhaps because of the color, is the carpet on the floor.

Disliked: It too bad the hotel did not have airport shuttle included, had to use ride app for that.
