Liked: I recently stayed overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh. I appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the complimentary toiletries to the neatly folded towels made it feel welcoming.The room had all the essentials: a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge and a good-sized desk. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for getting some work done. The bathroom was modern with strong water pressure in the shower, and everything looked spotless. The air conditioning worked well, and the noise level was minimal, so I got a good night's sleep.Staff at the front desk were friendly and quick to respond when I needed extra towels. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. It was comfortable, clean, and well-located. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Worst ever. Dreadful.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The location was stuck in a car breakers/repairers zone. The natives were almost entirely Hispanic, no problem with that, but no food beyond tacos and pizza takeaways, gave no choice. The room was very tired and tatty. No where to put your clothes. Why it had an electric iron chained to a board is beyond comprehension when you can't unpack your clothes. The bathroom wash basin taps didn't work. I mean, like no water came out of either of the taps. Not even enough to wet your toothbrush! The one lift didn't work, and we had to carry our cases up four flights of stairs.The description made it sound as if it were on top of JFK airport, ultra convenient and easy to get to and around by public transport. It wasn't. As for the price/value, that was simply dreadful. Wasn't even worth $50. If it had been cheap, you could have laughed it off and said well "That was an experience."Our worst Booking.com ever.
