Great location great breakfast, but...

Liked: The location was great. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned once or towels changed etc in 5 days. Plus under the beds or was thick with dust. This is extremely unacceptable.

Liked: Good location 15 min walk from the city center. Breakfast is good although not very diverse.
Disliked: We were in Vienna in April, with a few days of plenty sunshine. At the end of the day, our room was quite hot even though we had left the windows open. The room had air conditioning but no remote control. When I asked at the reception, they told me that the air conditioning was only used in the summer, and so they didn't give us the remote control. I asked for this on two consecutive days and they always gave me the same answer. I was very disappointed that they valued this "rule" more than the comfort of their guests. I had to leave the door open for an hour to let the heat out of the room. So when they advertise on Booking that they have air conditioning, it's not true because it's only available from June and during the summer. Is this a 4-star hotel??!!There is no lobby on the ground floor. You enter through a door in a residential building and the hotel is located on the second floor of this building. The elevator was broken during our stay. The room key cards stop working easily. We once had to wait 15 minutes to get into our room because the card didn't work and there was no one at reception...

Liked: Staff was so polite and helpfull plus the break fast was amazing. With a great options.
Disliked: Laud noise from the street in my room.

Disliked: Very unfriendly staff... No parking, does not speak English at the reception. THE ROOM IS DIRTY AND NOT FURNISHED Not worth half the money they ask for, I would never come here again

Liked: The room was quite big with all necessary things available. clean and comfortable . Nice and helpful staff. Overall the hotel was very interesting. With paintings in the corridor and antique furniture. The reception is on the second floor. The elevator was not working but I did not have a heavy luggage with me. The only thing is that the building where the hotel is located looked a bit old. But inside it was really good
