The family-run Hotel-Pension Bleckmann is only a few steps from the Ringstraße boulevard Vienna University and the Votive Church. It provides free Wi-Fi and a breakfast buffet. The rooms have a private bathroom satellite TV and a desk. All rooms facing the street have sound-proofed windows. Most rooms look onto the courtyard and are very quiet. For an additional fee guests at the Bleckmann can park their cars in a parking garage across from the hotel. The closest tram and bus stops are only 325 ft away. Great hotel, would definitely go...

Liked: Very clean, the staff was friendly, the location is great. Room is simple but with everything you need. It is a bit old fashioned, but it also made me feel more like I was at home, and made me feel very comfortable.
Disliked: I could hear the people in the room near mine extremely well. They didn’t make noise at night (at least not that I could hear) but if you are a light sleeper then that might be an issue

Cheap and cheerful

Liked: Staff very friendly Ran the Vienna marathon they started breakfast 30 minutes earlier than normal to accommodate the marathon runners
Disliked: The smell in the hotel wasn’t nice but when in room it was ok
