Excellent staff.

Liked: Staff goes above and beyond. I cut my stay short by a day even after paying in advance. They gave me back one day's rate back in cash. No questions asked. Free minibar drinks. They even lent me an umbrella.
Disliked: Wi-Fi could have have been faster. Speed was about 10mbps

Liked: I was allowed to check in at 11 already,since the room was clean. It was very clean. I appreciated also the drinks from the mini bar which are included in the price. The hotel is very close to lots of trams, very central. I saw a lot of Brno only by walking. The breakfast was nice, the mattress and the pillow perfect for me, who always have a problem on holiday for not finding the right pillow for my neck. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Finding the way to the reception was a bit tricky, you have to enter a bar, and take the elevator to the reception. So no extra entrance for the hotel from outside.
