Great old & nice, kind...

Liked: All staff aside , Massimo was something else. Very very helpful and kind. Clean and nice. I had a Very big nice room. ☺️They were very kind and paid attention that I am smoker so they arranged room with balcony for me although it was very busy time of Cosmoprof fair. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was so so.
Disliked: To go to fair location I had to use 2 buses as there were no taxi. It was 45 min walk . Next time I will choose a hotel that I will need 1 bus until fair because buses are so packed and in the morning it was such a disaster thinking about how to get to fair.

Liked: This was my 2nd stay here, so to speak. I took a one night detour to San Marino. I actually enjoyed my room here far more and the hotel was very receptive to my request for a quiet room after my sleepless journey in San Marino. Hence, I can only speak highly of the staff that work at this hotel. As I said in my previous review, the location is central enough. The breakfast is basic, but it matches your needs nevertheless. They could possibly look at the toaster though, as two of the four slides for it don't work. Besides that, I really enjoyed this stay with the room upgrade and the view from my room was quite beautiful.

Liked: I'd recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Bologna. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when the key to my hotel room broke. The breakfast was basic, but it matches your needs as a traveller. The location is also central. It's on the edge of the centre, but still in the centre nevertheless. I didn't like the walk in shower in the room though. It had no shower head, which I do prefer to have. Otherwise, I enjoyed my experience here.

Disliked: Poor breakfast for such an expensive hotel and no real coffee …Very thin walls, you’ll hear everything that is going on in other rooms …
