Good hotel in great location!

Liked: Nice small hotel in a great location. Good size rooms, modern and well maintained. Lovely breakfast with plenty of selection.Excellent value for money and hotel reception are very helpful.
Disliked: We stayed for 1 week and the room/bathroom floor was only cleaned once, at the end of the week, the day before leaving. The bedding was not changed and beds never made, which is fine of course we made the beds. I think it's just normal that maids clean the rooms and make/change bedding. The bins were emptied everyday.No tea/coffee facilities in the room so if you want a coffee outside of the breakfast hours, you have to go to reception and buy a coffee.

Liked: Its localisation is perfect, the u fleku brewery is right next door and the tram to the city centre is a few minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was included in the price and was very tasty with a nice assortment. The hotel is in a quiet street so it was quiet.

3 stars is to low...

Liked: Room, especially bathroom was super clean. It exceedes 4 star hotels in Spain I've been to. Comfy bed, pillow not as comfy but it is the matter of preference (maybe have different type of pillows to choose?). Can't say I was missing something that would make my stay uncomfortable. Light on Air con is way to bright when it's on, but that's my only complaint :)
Disliked: Very loud at night when windows opened but this is something hotel don't have control of :)

Too expensive for the experience

Disliked: Front desk treatment was not up to the situation and the facility was not on the expected shape (shower broken on the toilet). They also added some municipal taxes even though it said everything was paid on booking. One of the beds didn't have bedsheets nor towels.

Over priced and bad service.

Liked: NOTHING, food was ok but they don't make omelets.
Disliked: First the staff were rude to me when communicating. When I ask for one thing, they respond with several answers, so when I want to confirm their answers, they reply back: "for the second time I tell you...". Yes, it's very condescending. And when I wanted to leave my bag for a couple of hours when I checked out, they (both of them at the reception) gave me a key, telling me to go to the 2nd floor! I mean, they're in the hospitality business; it's their job to handle this, no! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone—it's more of a hostel and overpriced.
