A nice stay but could’ve...

Liked: It was a nice location , good breakfast. Close to galleries.
Disliked: No complaints except with Bookings.com,,, they did not have our booking which was not good as I booked it 3 months prior to going. Therefore we got the last room available on the first floor facing a construction site next to us, curtains remained shut.

Liked: We liked the style of the hotel, cosy, cool and retro, really chill. Bar, restaurant and the staff were just great. The staff asked us about the stay recommended places to visit orders a taxi. Was really like a warm family hotel. We adored it.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bite disappointing, some food was looking really fresh, but still was acceptable. We provided the feedback hope they will improve.

Liked: Proximity to museums.
Disliked: Called prior to visit to explain I needed to keep reservation as is ,even though I arrived day late.reassured it was taken care of.upon arrival, was told I had no reserved room! Very upsetting after a red eye flight..your staff needs to be accountable for what They tell customers!!!
