Hotel Paseo del Arte a member of Radisson Individuals

Great locations and comfy rooms....

Liked: Location was close to museums, train station, and restaurants. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. This is my 2nd time to stay at a Radisson hotel and I'm quite pleased.
Disliked: Just a minor issue - It was very difficult to make calls to reception. Out of 4x I tried to call throughout the trip, it was only answered once.

Liked: Hotel is located close to city centre and Atocha Train station which I like it
Disliked: It was extremely dirty…mirrors, glasses, furniture and dust everywhere. I opened window during the night because of smell which comes from bathroom…drains

Superb

Liked: The hotel is convenient for Atocha rail station and a short walk from the city centre (20 minute to Plaza Mayor for example). My room had a nice terrace and was spacious and had a good shower room. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Liked: From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and kind. Maria greeted me with genuine smiles and helpers with everything.It was my first time to Madrid and Wojtek helped me with all bookings around Madrid and guided me. Thank you for making me feel at home — your hospitality truly made a difference!
