Liked: There were many restaurants and stores within walking distance . They offer ride services within 3 miles which was super convenient. They also have bikes available for guests to use. The gym is amazing and has dumbbells up to 50lbs, peloton bikes and treadmills. They have water bottles available and gym rags to use. It was an amazing experience overall. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The pool water was hot, and the handle is hot, they need to put a rubber handle around like the Rennaissance.

Nice, Quiet Property in Palm...

Liked: Modern property with comfortable beds. The valet and night desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The day front desk staff had a bit of attitude. When a guest greets you with a "hi", say "hi" back. Common human interaction. I guess I could have just launched into my request for change without saying anything.
Disliked: No food options if you arrive late. Palm Desert and Palm Springs shut down early; having a grab and go option in the hotel lobby for late arrivals would be nice. Onsite restaurant kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m. I arrived at 8:45 p.m. and was told that kitchen could not process an order. Cannot access your car except through valet. They were not busy so I got my car fairly quickly. If they were busy, you could end up waiting since there were few staff seen on property during my stay.
