Thumbs down customer service is...

Liked: I love the rooms very nice
Disliked: I booked a room that was the best suite with a couch upon arrival I was giving a standard room with 2 queens. I felt like Iied to when i checked inn because I was told my reservation was a standard 2 queens before checkout and the house keeping began cleaning room with my things I thought I booked for 2 nights but left after 1.

Liked: There were many restaurants and stores within walking distance . They offer ride services within 3 miles which was super convenient. They also have bikes available for guests to use. The gym is amazing and has dumbbells up to 50lbs, peloton bikes and treadmills. They have water bottles available and gym rags to use. It was an amazing experience overall. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.

Liked: I loved Beth the waitress on the restaurant
Disliked: The pool water was hot, and the handle is hot, they need to put a rubber handle around like the Rennaissance.
