Liked: It was a pleasant stay in hotel. Everything was good starting from location, staff, facilities, AC, wifi, cleaning etc. Staff were very generous and helpful. Good Place to stay.

Great choice at a fair...

Liked: It's a room so comfortable and spacious, we can enjoy a good time there, It is definitely a good choice and is so close to different interests points in the city
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't understand since the beginning is that they didn't tell us that we need to leave the keys every time when we go outside and if we didn't leave the key the elevator to access cannot work property to return at the room, I think that is important gave that advice since the begining to avoid confusion

Service improvement needed

Liked: The room is big
Disliked: Wifi was bad. A staff member was really passive aggressive. I entered and exited as usually for two nights. However, on the third night, a security insisted that I should only enter and exit through the underground garage instead of the ground entrance. Even when I have already reached the exit, a security lady blocked me and dragged me back to the garage. Though there were no signs or written notices saying "Second floor guest cannot use the ground entrance." This behavior wastes guests' time and is offensive.
