Beautiful hotel in Condesa

Liked: Beautiful and traditional hotel in the heart of Condesa. Really loved the colours and traditional decor. Staff were lovely and helpful. Was very comfortable.
Disliked: Shower pressure wasn't great.

Overall, it's a decent choice...

Liked: It is a good location. The receptionists made my stay amazing, specially Erick, his recommendations and help made my days.
Disliked: But there is a poor management. We found in the first evening that TV volume didn’t work and ask for help, reminding about that next day but hotel management didn’t fix it and even didn’t apologize. They charged us for additional coffee pods, that should be included and brought to the room during every day cleaning. They didn’t clean 1 day so we ask for coffee and they charged us at check out.
