Worst hotel, don’t book!

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: First, it took like four times to get my room right. They would assign me a dirty room, occupied room or giving me the wrong key.The worst part was the noise… you can hear everything happening outside of the room, and what other rooms were doing. I was waken up by a couple arriving at 5:00 am and I could listen EVERYTHING they did in bed (if you know what I mean).I hated this place.

A smooth, enjoyable stay in...

Liked: We loved the location—set in a wonderful neighborhood that felt very safe and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and even surprised us with a thoughtful departing gift, which made our stay feel extra special. Everything was easy and comfortable throughout.

Building with Character and wonderful...

Liked: I had an incredible experience at Hotel Parque España in Mexico City. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible.What really stood out was how accommodating they were — no request was too big or small. The team was always ready with a smile and did absolutely everything they could to come up with positive solutions, whether it was helping with last-minute changes, giving great local recommendations, or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly.The hotel itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, but it’s truly the staff that made it memorable. I can’t recommend Hotel Parque España enough and will definitely be back on my next trip to CDMX!
Disliked: Our sink was Draining slowly . AlsoMaybe mosquito net would benefit quests when windows are open during hot weather
