Great location, friendly staff, and...

Liked: Great location right in the lovely Condesa/Roma neighborhood with easy access to get around the city. The hotel itself is just fabulous, very comfortable and spacious room with a nice look and style. The staff were all very nice and accommodating to our needs. I can't believe we got such a nice hotel for such a low price!
Disliked: The coffee in the morning is just okay but for my fellow coffee snobs out there they have a very nice cafe right outside the door.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff
Disliked: The room hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in. The room was supposed to have a fan, which it didn’t and the room is VERY hot (summer weather). I asked the hotel staff to please get me a fan as I couldn’t be in the room it was so hot. They finally did get me a fan, but it sat at floor level so didn’t really make a difference. I couldn’t sleep.

Worst hotel, don’t book!

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: First, it took like four times to get my room right. They would assign me a dirty room, occupied room or giving me the wrong key.The worst part was the noise… you can hear everything happening outside of the room, and what other rooms were doing. I was waken up by a couple arriving at 5:00 am and I could listen EVERYTHING they did in bed (if you know what I mean).I hated this place.

A smooth, enjoyable stay in...

Liked: We loved the location—set in a wonderful neighborhood that felt very safe and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and even surprised us with a thoughtful departing gift, which made our stay feel extra special. Everything was easy and comfortable throughout.
