Disliked: It didn’t had a/c and my room was filthy and I had to get on the elevator 4 floors then 2 stairs to get to it , the door didn’t locked and I moved to another hotel and they played dumb when i told them I wouldn’t stay there and I wanted to get a solution from booking and it didn’t happen

Liked: The hotel is in a really good location,The room we stayed in was really clean and comfortable, and although the hotel was fully booked, it was never loud.The people in the reception were always very nice and helpful.They were also very responsive when I left something behind, so I really appreciate that.
