Exceptional

Liked: Comfortable room. Inadequate TV for the property level. A/C went down after midnight and the night clerk quickly got us another room.
Disliked: Better TVs

Liked: My husband and I stay there quite often, and we are always pleased with our stay.
Disliked: There was a cockroach in my room.

Awful due to the staff...

Liked: The front desk staff tried to charge us again after we already paid through booking.com because she “accidentally deleted the virtual credit card” and would not let us get our room, even after proving our payment through booking. She finally decided to let us go to our room only to call us down to the front desk again and threaten us that we had to leave immediately if we did not pay again with another credit card. I had given her the incidental card, but she was demanding payment again for the cost of the room. She was horribly unprofessional and the security guard was a constant presence in a threatening manner. We finally gave in because at that point, we had lost out on 4 hours of sleep as it was 2 am by that time, and gave her another credit card. She would not give us a receipt. REFUSED to give us a receipt! Absolutely ridiculous! The next morning, the staff was apologetic and refunded the second charge, and they were much more kind. It was an awful experience.

Comfortable Space

Liked: Davonte at the front desk was very professional but more importantly, friendly.
Disliked: The lounge on the roof was very good for after dinner cocktails. Nice atmosphere with a good view of downtown.

A Hotel Oasis

Liked: A very clean and polished hotel ala Ritz Carlton. The ground floor had a couple of areas for people to sit and relax. The patio area off the breakfast room was landscaped beautifully. A very nice breakfast with actually tasty pastries. Also, a great roof bar and patio area with great sunset views.
Disliked: The standard King room is a bit tight and I'd recommend selecting a larger version or a suite. The bathroom, however, was generous in size.Pigeons in the

Nice anniversary stay

Liked: Like the rooftop bar and quaint breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The room was a little small, but was adequate. Really appreciated the grab bars as I had an inured leg. The room was very quiet. The outside courtyard was wonderful.
Disliked: The room was a little small and the work area was a little tight.

Stay, but keep your receipts...

Liked: The property was definitely good, but the staff not so much. I did not see any ghosts despite what the locals included my UBER had to stay.
Disliked: I had been charged double. One through a third party (AFFIRM) and once on my debt card, I gave them, thinking it was for a deposit only. When i called to let them know, the woman told me they had no record of me even staying there, even though I had a receipt and a bank statement saying otherwise. I also gave her the confirmation # and pin to which she basically said was non existent, again while being on my receipt. Luckily I was able to talk to booking.com and the woman who was definitely not rude (like the employee who answered at the Hotel Parq Central in Albuquerque NM) got me my money back from AFFIRM. I wouldn’t say not to stay here because it actually was a decent stay, but i would advise you to keep all your receipts and paper work, just incase
