Disliked: There was a wedding the weekend we stayed so with the loud music and commossion we did not sleep well

Restful reprieve

Liked: Very clean and stylish, and and was quiet so we slept well.
Disliked: The shade in the bathroom was broken

This hotel was pretty fascinating....

Liked: We got there pretty early, and they let us check in. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker.

Liked: Breakfast was more than we had expected. We enjoyed it very much, especially the staff that managed the breakfast. They were extremely nice and attentive. The room was very clean and served us well. I also used the office area on the lobby floor to work every morning on my laptop and that worked out perfectly.
Disliked: We understand that hotel was understaffed due to the current pandemic, but there should be more effort to have the cleaning staff clean the rooms at least every three days without a guest asking specifically for it to be done. Also, the safe in our room wasn't working. The staff fixed it once, but after we asked again for it to be fixed, it was never fixed. Nobody followed up to be sure it had been fixed and that we were satisfied.
