Liked: The room is spacious, every thing in the room is old and poor, we found a leftover food in the refrigerator, terrible. Pillows are sucks.

Disliked: the bathtub is kind of difficult to use

After a dozen or more...

Liked: We’ve stayed here at least a dozen times after my heart transplant. It was always clean, a bit dated in decor but reasonable in price for the area. However, now there is no staff! You talk to someone in a box, is it AI? During check in, she gave me a room upstairs, I didn’t realize it until I got outside. When I went back in she had the same exact greeting and didn’t know me. When I said I was in here 3 seconds ago, she just said okay. Before, this hotel had a note in their computer that said I was handicapped because in addition to my heart I have both knee’s replaced and have issues with walking. I needed extra pillows, how do you get them?

Liked: I needed a few-day staying place in walking distance to Stanford; something affordable yet with reasonable quality. I got precisely what I was looking for. Perfect value for the money spent.
Disliked: Nothing really. The price is such that you can't expect a 5-star. Once this point is taken, everything was fine.

Disliked: not particularly clean, the fridge in the room is very loud, everything is just terribly old and many things broken. The carpet is disgusting.
