Disliked: the male hotel staff is misogynistic, rude. housekeeping does not report valuables left behind and there are no safes. very noisy. very dirty rooms. beds are uncomfortable. water pressure very low and tubs don't hold water. rooms smell really gross.

Great stay.

Liked: Came here for a hospital stay and found the hotel to be quite pleasant. We were a late check-in and were greeted kindly by the night staff.
Disliked: Could have used more pillows in the room. They were very fluffy and in good quality but usually need more than 1 to sleep comfortably.

Good budget hotel, but free...

Liked: Great location, excellent quality for less than $100, right next to McDonald?s and Starbucks. Free parking is always appreciated. Never felt like I wasn?t in a safe area.
Disliked: They are not currently serving breakfast like the ad says they are. However, I believe that is reflected in the price because the hotel is quiet inexpensive, especially for being in the Bay Area.
