Shocked and disappointed at hygiene...

Liked: Location, staff
Disliked: Housekeeping was a big disappointment. We stayed for 4 nights and two days in a row our room did not get cleaned the bed didn’t even get made. We complained the first day it happened only to find it happened again the next day. When I complained again I was told housekeeping had marked it as cleaned. The only gesture they could make was to offer two drinks. This was at 10am in the morning as we were checking out. Great hotel great front of house staff but we had a terrible experience with housekeeping.

Liked: We loved our stay here. It was our first time as we usually go for the city center but our 1 year-old dog doesn' t like the crowds and this time we looked for something in a quiet area but still close to city center. We"ve found the perfect hotel: great location, parking on spot, two parks near for walking with our dog, amazing restaurant (we had dinner and breakfast). We will come back here for sure.
