I will absolutely stay here...

Liked: Third time staying at Hotel Park Villa. I LOVE how courteous, professional and friendly the staff is. I also love the proximity to Chapultepec etc. The property is also nice and quiet.
Disliked: I recognize that it is a no frills hotel- maybe consider a microwave or a mini fridge in the rooms?

Exceptional

good location but overpriced.

Liked: there’s mold everywhere and the curtains have never been washed. towels and bed sheets are super clean though so there is that.

Bad.

Liked: Terrible. I stayed there in the past and had a great experience. This time, a year after, it was just bad. I won’t be staying there anymore. Bathroom was not clean and they forgot to leave water bottles- which they usually do. The guy in the reception was remarkably unhelpful.

Disliked: Need to ask an adaptor to the reception has the old fashion plug did not have the earth thus couldn't work with my international adaptor.
