Liked: Room was ok and clean
Disliked: No iron when I asked to the reception. Staff at the reception was not ready to propose me a solution. The response was "I can't do anything for you". Very cold in the room !! The central heater was turned off. Very old hotel room.

Liked: Was very cosy. Well situated. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Price of accommodation on booking app said taxes and charges included, but I was asked to pay additional taxes when I arrived. Room was quite small for the price paid.

Liked: The room and bed was spacious, clean and the highlight was the breakfast. Staff was friendly and our concerns were addressed immediately
Disliked: The elevator is way too small, could barely fit 2 people against 3 it recommended

Exceptional

Liked: Attended a conference in the nearby expo and the location was exceptional! It was also very close to the metro, which was very convenient for when I went sightseeing. Room had everything I needed and the front of house staff were so helpful

A bit off the beaten...

Liked: The hotel is a chic boutique style but not at all stuffy or pretentious.
Disliked: The location is a bit out of the way for the common tourist attractions.
