Liked: Location was great
Disliked: I had a strong smell of mold in my bathroom and I had to argue my way into changing my room - completely unacceptable. The staff was not very accommodating and the room was quite dingy. Shocked and disappointed that a hotel that supposedly has 4 stars would have such issues. Overall not at all what I expected. Would not recommend this hotel.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The location was perfect, staff were friendly and exceptionally keen to help with any requests.
Disliked: The AC in the room wasn’t really great, however it was a very few hot days during our stay. Another small thing that could be better is the shower, the glass shower shield/door is very small so it is almost impossible to not soak the bathroom floor whilst showering.
