Nice and kind staff, hotel...

Liked: Very helpful and kind staff - always ready to help! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent. The location of the hotel is exceptional: the Opera and the Louvre Museum, as well as the Big Bus starting point are in walking distance, along with the subway and bus stops.

Liked: As soon as we got there the receptionist (Noah) was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. He really got our visit off to a good start!The location was perfect with many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding streets.

Liked: Location was very good. Near the metro station and plenty of shops and eateries nearby.
Disliked: Our room was extremely warm, even with the thermostat turned down to 16 degrees. Not sure if it was working.

Liked: It was so nice that we were upgraded to Junior Deluxe, even though I booked it at a discounted price. The room is so clean and bed is so big and comfortable. The best room to have rest in Paris! I slept deeply for 9 hours!Very friendly and nice staffs. We were served with smiles. I also love our breakfast. We will definitely recommend the hotel. Definitely worth the money!Thank you!!!
Disliked: Elevator and hallways are small, but who cares!
