Have stayed here several times...

Disliked: No wifi as advertised. Staff kept making excuses for it not working. Should not be advertised

Room was fine, clean, but...

Liked: Room was clean, but the rest of the place was a bit of a a wreck (hallways and reception). Didn’t really match the modern and renovated exterior. We were lucky as we were in a room facing out the front of the building so we could see a little bit of the Parisian skyline. It was in a convenient location for the train station and also close to most attractions which was good.
Disliked: No aircon - was broken when we arrived, which we found out by ourselves, we were not told upon check in. It was during the recent heatwave, where it was 30+ degrees in Paris, so it wasn’t great. When I asked about it at the front desk, the receptionist said it was broke and it was being worked on at that moment. As a solution they offered us a fan. We stayed 2 nights and the aircon was never fixed. Staff didn’t seem to be all that interested in apologising for this. I thought it was pretty poor for the price and just generally bad customer service. They could have told us at check in but they clearly hoped we wouldn’t notice!

Disappointing

Liked: The air condition wasn't working for 90% of the hotel. The street was quite noisy, and of course I had to open the window for air. Sleeping was tough. A bunch of folks ended up leaving and getting refunds. The staff was nice, but the heat was bad, even with a fan.

Problems after problems....

Liked: It's centrally located within easy reach of the metro and shops.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was not working, the shower head had to be replaced, the manager was very rude, the telephone in the room was faulty, tea bags were not replenished every day, the toilet in the lobby was filthy!
