Hôtel Paris La Fayette

Superb

Liked: Lovely stay. Staff very friendly. Nice decor.
Disliked: We did wake up with a leak in our bathroom roof however this was quickly fixed.

Disappointing

Liked: Beds were fairly comfortable. Hot showers.
Disliked: Very basic breakfast with cold scrambled eggs even when straight out of kitchen. Most dissatisfied with hotel not being able to accommodate us for two nights in the same room, advised by email months in advance booked an extra night here to join with tour group. Had to check out and back in at 3pm.

Liked: The hotel is very cute, good location and staff very friendly.
Disliked: Rooms are small and tight for two people to get ready in at the same time. We also were not told there was building works being done on the hotel, with the two rooms next to us being open building sites. This means the smell of paint and building materials was large and the drilling started at 8am sounding like it was coming from our bathroom. It would have been appreciated if we had been warned about this or atleast not placed on the same floor / section as the works.

Liked: The hotel personnel were kind and friendly.Booking.com made a mistake with our booking, but La Fayette fix everything even when they did not have room enough.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and everything was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The shower was very low down and didn't have much pressure.
