A rather shabby hotel not...

Liked: The location in Paris was as expected and near la Place de la Republique.
Disliked: The rooms we booked were for families, and we travelled with 5 pre-teen children, but the windows opened to low railings that are worn and appear close to detaching. The floors are uneven and the doors are incredibly difficult to open. The stairs had a sheer drop down and were protected by a low railing with gaps. Steps were sloped and worn. Facilities in the rooms are non-existent with out even coffee making facilities. There is no restaurant on premise. Decor is shabby. We were so disappointed and worried for our children that we checked out early. Naturally we were not offered any refund.
