Superb

Liked: Everything was perfect. The location was perfect and near to all places. The stuff was so kind.

awful.

Liked: would give this place 0 stars if i could, upon check in the entire building is in scaffolding, and the terrace is closed due to all the construction.
Disliked: would give this place 0 stars if i could, upon check in the entire building is in scaffolding, and the terrace is closed due to all the construction. it was so loud and noisy in my room at 7Am from the construction workers, coming from NYC - legitimately cried over this. the hotel also refused to give me a refund, and booking.com gave me like a $20 credit. REALLY wish more could have been done over this. I felt scammed and ripped off. $300 is a lot of money to lose on a solo travel euro trip.

Great location, real value for...

Liked: The breakfast was really good and varied, and the breakfast area had a stunning view of the city. The room had a great view of Florence Duomo dome. The staff did a great job accommodate the guests needs and it was very friendly and professional at the same time. The hotel location was great, walkable distance from the centre.
Disliked: The room fridge didn't work.
