Liked: The place was very clean and had a slightly faded but beautiful old Italian style.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic, with very few healthy options.

Elegant, good-value rooms in Bologna...

Liked: Very central location on the top floor of a handsome 30s nouveau apartment block. Charming antique lift to the fifth floor, reception and characterful rooms with period furniture and parquet floors. Spacious room with armchairs and basin. Shared bathroom had good shower and there are clothes washing machines. Breakfast was a station with yoghurt, cereal, pastries and fruit. Hot drinks from a machine and a lettle provided with tea and china cups. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout.
Disliked: All good but usually had to wait a bit for the lift which services the residents of the whole building.

Liked: The location was great.The room was beautiful and very spacious.Lisa, the receptionist, was very nice and helpful.The breakfast provided was free. It was not our preferred option of breakfast but it was great to kick the morning!

Liked: The property was in amazing location right in town, close to everything. Room was cute, everything was very clean and tidy and cleaned every day. Staff was great. Breakfast was a nice surprise
Disliked: The only thing that I hoped I had been more careful when booking was the fact that there was no air conditioning in the room, only a fan. It was +37 degrees outside and the room was very warm. My mistake that I didn’t realize this but only some of the rooms have air conditioning. But this was the only thing that was a bit uncomfortable for us, everything else was super nice.
