It was great; wonderful and...

Liked: The room was spacious and lovely. Had everything one needed. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Metro.
Disliked: My husband and I found the mattress too hard as we don’t like a firm mattress. Others may appreciate this however.

Superb

Liked: The room was clean and in a good location for it was quiet, so I got a good night's sleep.
Disliked: Very friendly staff. Good cappuccino and nice breakfast.

Passable

Liked: Good location, nice old building, the hotel is small so there were few people, no queues during breakfast. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Extremely bad soundproof, small pillows, poor breakfasts. Hotel doesn't feel like 3 star.
