Overpriced for a mid-level hotel...

Liked: Hotel had a nice window with a good view over the streets
Disliked: street facing room was loud at night, staff were not very friendly or helpful (several times we came back and there was no one at the desk, they were rude when I asked if our bed could be changed to two twins instead of a queen, generally not hospitable), rooms and shower was small, Hôtel smelled like cigarettes inside

Liked: The gentleman at the hotel reception was very helpful with arranging a taxi and was also very friendly. The hotel facilities were sufficient. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Overall loved it. But couple...

Liked: Styling was absolutely beautiful. Elegant and clean. Staff were always super friendly and location was perfect!
Disliked: Our room was relatively dark. With a window at the far end of the room tucked round the corner, it meant we didn’t get much sunlight. We also had a shower above the bath which had great power and lovely and warm but but shower screen or curtain?
