Disliked: There was a very rude employee at the front desk. He had no sense of hospitality. Such a shame to have him work there.

Overpriced for a mid-level hotel...

Liked: Hotel had a nice window with a good view over the streets
Disliked: street facing room was loud at night, staff were not very friendly or helpful (several times we came back and there was no one at the desk, they were rude when I asked if our bed could be changed to two twins instead of a queen, generally not hospitable), rooms and shower was small, Hôtel smelled like cigarettes inside
