Liked: Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in underground garage, 15 min walk to the old town.Excellent room which was dog friendly.Will definitely book again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: Front desk staff very cordial and helpful, giving me directions to Old Town. Good, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Chose for free parking and proximity to train station, where I was dropping off rental car. Nice to have designated parking for 15 minute loading.
Disliked: No directions for exiting parking garage, so trapped until someone else drove in. Stayed on Sunday night and limited neighborhood options for dining or groceries. Wasn't able to get TV to work.

Excellent Hotel

Liked: Excellent staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet after say 2200 at night, really nice staff on the breakfast cafe and good selection of food, sweet or savoury .It’s a 20min walk to the old town via the lift.
Disliked: Would be nice if there were some better restaurants nearby , obviously plenty in the city

Great place to stay in...

Liked: The room was nice with a small kitchen area of microwave, fridge and 2 burner stove. The bed was comfortable. The location was very good. Across the street from a large mall and the metro.
Disliked: My shower was not working properly. Was allowed to use the shower in an empty room and it was excellent.

Book your parking early if...

Liked: Parking is tight there, so due to a change of plans, we were grateful they accommodated us. The staff were helpful. The decor is very modern but is beginning to get tired.
Disliked: The area seemed a little rough but parking is underground and secure. It is very dark in the car park - a motorcycle doesn’t trigger all the lights like a car would. There is a lack of signage down there too. Also if you have breakfast included, makesure breakfast staff know it. They sorted the issue out efficiently. The room was noisy - the loo seat squeaked, the walls are paper thin so any late dwellers you’re going to hear.
