Perfectly OK for a business...

Liked: Staff helpful, spacious rooms
Disliked: Not particularly the Hotels fault, but we chose to go during the summer holidays, when the restaurant was closed. and there isn't much around the hotel. The rooms are getting a bit 'tired', but perfectly good enough, if one likes dark panels..

Good clean hotel friendly staff...

Liked: Breakfast good but started clearing it away 15 minutes before breakfast closed which is not great . Ran out of sausages for the Tuesday morning and the scrambled egg was hard that morning. Monday was perfect.
Disliked: The service in the bar was awful. Guy running it didn’t care. No ice everything a problem and so slow. On the Monday night the hotel missed out on sales as he disappeared completely for 20 minutes!Drinks he served were warm. Glass of Prosecco was warm as none chilled!! That’s poor.

Liked: Spacious rooms and great spa
Disliked: A little old and Pool not so private.

Better Options For The price...

Liked: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
Disliked: Unwelcoming lighting in lobby at 9pm checkin.Dated halls & rooms (VERY DATED ROOMS).Environmental controls on the wall decoration (were not functional/deactivated “for the season”)Insufficient towels per room.Lumpy pills w/no options.Moldy shower curtain.Cracked Sink.

Liked: The friendly receptionists
Disliked: It looks like it could use a face lift. The carpets in the hallway should be taken away. They smell dusty.
