Liked: Close to the train station.
Disliked: No coffee in the room nor available before 7:30 am was unacceptable, and I had to pay for it more than at professional coffee bars. Language at reception was a barrier, and we speak Italian and English.

Liked: Welcoming staff, a big room with high ceiling. Just a minute from the railway station. The building itself is beautiful

Liked: The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and the city center. I chose a small room budget wise and it was OK for my stay. The bathroom is spacious enough. All quite comfortable ! And with nice staff. I would recommend.
Disliked: Price was still expensive for a very small room, but it’s summer in Florence during the fairs. At least the quality was there !

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Staff Excellent.I took the room with the Cathedral view. The view was poor and the room and bathroom small. The view did not compensate for the 'upgrade' Would have been better off with the Deluxe Room. The hotel did give me a discount and refunded me. They are very accommodating and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: My upgrade from the Deluxe Room to the Cathedral view was not what I expected. The hotel did give me a discount for which I appreciated.
