Hôtel Palace Royal

The staff here were incredibly helpful when I needed it. They went above and beyond by personally escorting me outside to my Uber when I had difficulty finding it, finding me a place to eat late at night, and excellent service at the bar after attending a concert. The rooms was beautiful with a fantastic street view. Everything was incredibly clean and felt very comfortable and homey. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again as a first choice when I return to Quebec City.

Outstanding hotel!

Liked: The luxury king studio suite with panoramic view of St. Jean Gate and old Quebec is exceptional! Truly a beautiful, large suite with an impressive, spacious bathroom including a separate jacuzzi tub. The location is a "10" too!
Disliked: The shower floor is slippery and needs some non-slip material to avoid falls.

Liked: The location of the property and on site parking was a plus. The staff were friendly and we ate at the restaurant one morning and the food was good.
Disliked: We stayed in two bedroom suite with pull out couch. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable it was causing back issues.

Liked: The room is no comfortable at oll to old
Disliked: I arive at 11 am to the hotel and they didn't let mee in only at 5 pm
