The staff here were incredibly helpful when I needed it. They went above and beyond by personally escorting me outside to my Uber when I had difficulty finding it, finding me a place to eat late at night, and excellent service at the bar after attending a concert. The rooms was beautiful with a fantastic street view. Everything was incredibly clean and felt very comfortable and homey. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again as a first choice when I return to Quebec City.

Liked: Overall the stay, location espacailly since you are downtown really and allot to discover by foot. The rooms were quiet and very dark to sleep soudnly!
Disliked: The parking is awefull. It's underground and very very tigh. You need a small car and arrive early to have a spot. There are six stories for parking. Be carefull to have you ticket to go out.
